How Gifting Signifies the Status of the Women In Modern India

In earlier days, the status of the women in India was too inferior as that of men. Now, it’s found satisfactory in some part and inadequate in rest of the division of our country. This result is due to lack of education.

With the wise understanding of their status, Jawaharlal Nehru once said, “If you educate a man you educate an individual, however, if you educate a woman you educate a whole family. Women empowered means mother India empowered”.

Why they are not allowed to dream?

My opinion on India lacking behind in Feminism

India is the land of diversity and progressing on the path of unity in diversity. It has got wide variety of culture, religions, but what about the equality in terms of gender.

There is some slight fluctuation in driving the optimistic value to the country’s women. From the day of Indian Independence to till date, several huge measures have been taken towards their empowerment, but as it is the land of multiplicity the process of achieving balance became slower. The citizens here are well educated, but when it comes to such issues, we need to be well organized in terms of what’s happening around us.
